This is our 7th year of involvement with 40 children community-based orphan support program. We have seen encouraging results as compared to institutional model of care giving. In this approach child has overall growth and wellbeing is addressed by integrating with family. We have witnessed impressive progress and impact in these children’s lives in education, health and psychological attributes. Household and individual level counselling sessions and addressing income, nutritional and health aspects of child growth is newer learning for us.
